After we establish your goals and objectives, I provide resources and tools that help clear confusion and tackle the social, physical, and hedonic pressures around nutrition and fitness. Then we develop an individualized, step-by-step program that will eventually lead to sustainable diet and lifestyle changes.

 

My emphasis is on intrinsic motives such as respect for the body and eating mindfully, rather than extrinsic motives such as appearance or social comparison.
